- Cognessa provides training programs, live bootcamps, consulting sessions, and digital educational content.
- All services are designed for professional use and may require active participation.
- No physical products are sold through our platform.
2) Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll or purchase services.
- By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3) Enrollments & Payments
- Payment is required in full before accessing any service.
- We accept payments via secure third-party processors such as Stripe or Payoneer.
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes or bank fees may apply.
4) Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refunds are provided for any of our services, including consulting sessions, community memberships, and digital products. Seats are intentionally limited and services are delivered in a highly hands-on format. However, for live training programs and bootcamps, we offer a one-session satisfaction guarantee: if you attend the first live session and find the program unsuitable, you may request a refund within 24 hours. 5) Use of Digital Content
- All materials (slides, templates, recordings, frameworks) are for your personal or organizational use only.
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

- All content, trademarks, and branding on this site are the property of Cognessa LLC.
- You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7) Code of Conduct
- We maintain a professional learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
